Mission Statement
The Mission of The Kitchen, Inc. is "To create a place where persons, especially the poor, are welcomed and cared for with dignity and compassion." We also seek to provide services which will enable residents to become self sufficient and fulfilled. Thus, there is an increasing emphasis on helping people overcome their difficulties and to learn from them, while gaining education and experience, which will help them, maintain independence.
